I SOMEHOW managed to fall out of the instance on Azjol-Nerub. During the final boss I either Killing Spree'd an add that was near the edge or it was some form of knock-back but it ultmately ended up having me fall down under the boss area and thru the floor down a long way only to die on the floor.

PS.... DrAcOnIS was a horrible kiddie guild. Don't know why Grandangus is in it :S
